There are various possible reasons for this error message. 'App ID' refers to your App Key ID which you have created on the Temasys console.
You may have:
- Mistyped your App Key ID value
- Entered the value of your App Key ID within quotes
- Not selected your preferred App Key ID (If you are using the sample app) or
- Be using an App key that does not have (SMR) Skylink Media Relay enabled while having set the boolean "is_app_key_smr" to true.
In the case that you continue to observe this error message even after checking all 4 of the above mentioned check points, please contact Customer Support by creating a ticket on our Support Portal. |
