This error message appears if you have not have scheduled a meeting for now.

You may have set Scheduled Sessions on your console to Yes for your App Key.

If you wish to schedule a meeting in advance, please refer to our guides on Using the Persistent Room feature to configure meetings and How do I connect to a room using credentials? 

to correctly connect to the session.

If you do not need to schedule any sessions, please set that to the default option of No.

You can do this under App: Keys.

If the issue persists even after setting Scheduled Sessions to No, please contact Temasys Support by raising a ticket on our Support Portal or emailing us at

  • The App Key you're currently using
  • Whether you face this issue on our Sample App or just your own App (In which case, please provide us access to your app).
  • The SDK version you're using.
