This is not a plugin issue but pertains to Getaroom.io which we are in the process of improving for IE.

To test out the plugin functionalities on IE11, you may wish to try https://plugin.temasys.io/demo/.

Alternatively, you may wish to test on https://dev.getaroom.io.
